     Cecilia “Cele” C. Biggins, age 84, of Sauk Rapids, MN, died peacefully on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home, Sauk Rapids, MN.
     Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Sauk Rapids, MN. Visitation one hour prior to the service at church on Tuesday. Burial will be in North Star Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN. Funeral arrangements were made by Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN.
     Cele was born March 28, 1929 in Mankato, MN to Clifford and Anna (Schultz) Hager. She married John T. Biggins on December 23, 1950 in Seattle, WA. Cele taught school in Hollandale, MN, St. Mary’s Help of Christians , St. Augusta and St. Anthony’s in St. Cloud, MN. Cele was a spirited, devout Christian who cared deeply for her family and friends. She had a unique sense of humor and style, sharp intelligence, and was a great family historian. She loved music, travel and good conversation.
     Survivors include her sons and daughters, Lisa (Lynn) Scheil of Rice; Holly Biggins of Sauk Rapids; Mark Biggins of Rochester; Rebecca Biggins of Brainerd; Tim Biggins of Hackensack; Julie (Tim) Mages of St. Cloud; Chris (Jeanne) Biggins of Coon Rapids; brothers, Eugene “Gene” Hager of St. Peter, MN; Richard Hager of Ankeny, IA; sisters, Kathleen Littig of St. Peter, MN; Patricia Pehrson of St. Peter, MN; Beverly Johnson of North Mankato, MN; Virginia Borgmeier of St. Peter, MN; eleven grandchildren, Ryan, Brent (Joy) and Nathan Scheil; Sam Trivette, Ashley (Dean) Pelham, Aubree, Dan and Reed Mages; and Katie, Adam and Ellie Biggins; and five great grandchildren, Mercedes and Leyton Scheil, Maddison Wethington-Mages, Paxton Biggins and Dilynn Pelham.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John on December 12, 2012 and her brother, James Hager.
     Her pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
     The family would like to thank the staff at Good Shepherd Community for the loving and excellent care they provided MOM.
