Harold John Vogt, 92, Waite Park, MN, died Sunday, February 16, 2014 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Waite Park MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Waite Park, MN.
Harold was born October 5, 1921 in Lake Henry, MN to Henry and Josephine (Abeln) Vogt. He married Dolores T. Meyer on May 19, 1947. Harold served in the United States Army and was employed as a sign maker. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Waite Park, MN.
Survivors include a son, James Vogt , Waite Park, MN; daughters, Jane O’Link, Forest Lake, MN; Pat Larson, St. Paul, MN; Peggy (Tom) Sandvig, Savage, MN; Dory (Mike) Wruck, Maple Grove, MN; brother, Albert (Phyllis) Vogt, Sauk Rapids, MN; 7 grandchildren, Shelley, Philip, Tony, Bonnie, David, Holly and Dan and 2 great grandchildren, Maya and Brooke.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Dolores on November 21, 2002, brother, Edwin, and sisters, Verena, Colette, Martha, Laura and Lucille. |
