Richard “Rick” Arthur Hecimovich, 57, St. Cloud, MN, died Monday, March 3, 2014 at his home.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home Chapel, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Coleraine, MN.
Rick was born December 27, 1956 in Grand Rapids, MN to Richard and Marlene M. (Belair) Hecimovich. He worked in construction and in scrap metal recycling. Rick an active volunteer, was involved in charity work, Loontalker and Spiritquip. He founded Project TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) in St. Cloud. Rick was also an active member of AA.
Survivors include daughter, Dallas (Archie) Hecimovich of Onamia, MN; sons, Johnathan (Aislynn) Hecimovich of Cold Spring, MN; Simon Hecimovich of St. Joseph, MN; Walter Hecimovich of Brainerd, MN; brothers and sisters, Michael (Karen) Hecimovich of Belgrade, MN; Nadine (David) Kretsch of Belgrade, MN; David (Sandy) Hecimovich of North Pole, AK; Judy Hecimovich of Monticello, MN; James Hecimovich of Monticello, MN; sister-in-law, Sue Hecimovich of Brooten, MN; seven grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Peter and Mark Hecimovich, son, Richard Hecimovich Jr. and a daughter, Maranda Marie Hecimovich.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred. |
