Paul Andrew Olson, age 61, St. Cloud, MN died Thursday, January 8, 2015 at his home.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 7:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home Chapel, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday. Burial with full military honors will be at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls, MN.
Paul was born June 27, 1953 in St. Peter, MN to Lloyd A. and Meryl L. (Stange) Olson. He married Rebecca “Becky” Hoffman on September 17, 1976. They later divorced. In 1990 he married Nora Beckenbach. Paul served in the United States Army from 1971 to 1974. He moved to St. Cloud in 2014.
Survivors include sons Shane (AliciaJean) Olson, Brandon Olson, Justin Olson and Ryan Olson; brothers, Dan (Rita) Olson and John (Kim) Olson; sisters, Ruth (Terry Kunze) Youngberg and Martha Chatleine; and four grandchildren, AustinShane, Mariah, Autumn and Kyra.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, David L. Olson and wife, Nora on December 12, 2012. |
