     Dorine A. Jansky, age 85, Sauk Rapids, MN, formerly of St. Cloud, MN, died Tuesday, July 7, 2015, of a broken heart a mere five weeks after the death of her husband of 67 years, at Good Shepherd Community, Sauk Rapids, MN.
     Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 10:30 AM at St. Anthony Catholic Church, St. Cloud, MN. Visitation will be Friday, July 10, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Benson Funeral Home, St. Cloud, MN and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Parish prayers will be at 5:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Assumption Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN.
     Dorine was born September 14, 1929 in St. Cloud, MN to Peter and Anna (Lahr) Mugg. She married Sylvester “Sy” R. Jansky on September 25, 1947 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in St. Joseph, MN. Dorine did housekeeping for many private families. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Christian Mothers and a life member of St. Cloud VFW Post #428 Auxiliary.
     Survivors include sons, Thomas P. (Suzy) Jansky of St. Cloud, MN; and Robert S. (Renee) Jansky of Sartell, MN; four grandchildren, Ben (Stacy) Jansky, Jenny (Rob) Zimmer, Sarah (Jamie) Lucas and Becky (Corey) Eckstrand; and eleven great grandchildren.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Sy, on June 3, 2015, brothers, Alcuin and Clarence Mugg, and sister, Clemtine Mugg.
     Pallbearers will be her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
     The family would like to extend a special thank you to staff at St. Croix Hospice and Good Shepherd Community Memory Lane for the compassion and care that was given to their mother and grandmother, Dorine.
